We offer a 14-day refund or exchange on all products except underwear, swimwear and cosmetics. All refunds will be given as credit in your SOS Wallet unless the return is due to SOS error (such as wrong, faulty or damaged goods), in which case we will refund the full value of your order in the original form of payment. For customers in Bangkok, we can guarantee next-day delivery for orders placed before 12.00 p.m. For orders outside Bangkok, expect your products to arrive within 2–3 days of the order being placed. When possible, we shall let you know if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date. Please note that we do not compensate for late delivery.
